The executive leadership of Service Execellence Foundation (SEF-Ghana) has appreciated the contributions of Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom. and Mrs Yvonne Nduom in the hospitality industry in Ghana.

At this year’s 1st Industry Customer Service Awards 2023 held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 in Accra, SEF-Ghana presented a  ‘Life Time Achievement Award In Service To Accommodation Industry Execellence Leadership’ to Dr and Mrs Nduom.

According to the organizers, the award is to recognise and appreciate outstanding individuals in both local and international capacities who continue to champion service execellence and innovations in their field of endeavours as well as business entities, within the tourism and the  hospitality value chain.

This year’s event which was on the theme; “ Celebrating Excellence, Leadership and Innovation” brought together two hundred key industry players drawn from the business community within the public and private sector, academia, international business community, members from Diplomatic Corps, traditional leaders and the media fraternity.

SEF-Ghana is a private sector industry    platform which works under Ghana Tourism Federation (GHATOF), an affiliate member of United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
