Corporate Trustee and retirement advisory firm, PenTrust, has won two awards at the 6th Ghana Accountancy and Finance Awards held at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
CEO of PenTrust, Ms. Victoria Aligboh, was adjudged the Best Pensions CEO of the Year 2024 with the firm clinching the award for the Best Pensions Scheme Administrator of the Year 2024.
Ms. Aligboh described the recognition as a testament to excellence, resilience, and dedication, reaffirming her commitment to advancing industry standards and driving innovation.

According to the PenTrust CEO, her responsibility is to lead the strategic planning, design, governance and delivery of pension policies and programmes to achieve the overall strategic mission and objectives of her outfit.
She was responsible for establishing PenTrust as a Corporate Trustee and securing its operating licence from the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA).
Ms. Victoria Aligboh has over 19 years of professional experience in the areas of financial services management, pensions fund administration and investment, pension scheme design and governance, retirement advisory and education, small and growing businesses and consumer marketing research with a focus on African markets, including Francophone regions.
She holds a certificate in Core Pensions Management from the World Bank, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Governance from the University of Ghana, an MBA in Financial Management and Investment from the Cyprus Institute of Marketing, and a First Class Honors degree in Marketing from the Central University, Ghana.
She noted that, the award represents a testament to the company’s credibility and commitment to ensure their clients retire in absolute comfort.
