Nduom School of Business and Technology (NSBT) has organized a matriculation ceremony the 2021/2022 academic year students as well as the 2019/2020 academic year.
This was due to the Covid -19 pandemic which made the management of the school to postpone the matriculation.
. The event was organized at the school’s campus in Ayensudo, Elmina.
Addressing the matriculates, the Rector of the NSBT ,Rev. Daniel Adjepong Nyarko urged all students to be enthusiastic about what they had set out to do, plan their activities, be more focused and have a positive attitude towards everything they wanted to do.
Vice President of business and Finance at Groupe Nduom, who is also a lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School, Dr. Nana Kweku Nduom encouraged the matriculates to take the process of university education seriously to broaden their horizons as much as possible to be able to be prominent men and women in future.
A total of 87 applications for both diploma and undergraduate programmes were received by the school, Out of the number 64 were offered admission, which number 13 males, 7 females duly registered to be matriculated alongside the 2019 and 20.
All fresh students of the 2021 academic year were awarded scholarships which cover fifty percent of both tuition and hostel fees. Four lucky students have also been rewarded full scholarships by two benevolent Ghanaians.
Founder and Chairman of the governing Board of NSBT, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom who joined the ceremony via zoom was among the dignitaries who graced the occasion.
