Nduom  meets a cross-section of  NSBT students…Affirms scholarships promise to 70 new students

Chairman of Groupe Nduom, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom has affirmed his promise promise to give scholarships to  seventy (70) new students who will gain admission at Nduom School of Business and Technology (NSBT) for the 2023/ 2024 academic year.

Readers will recall that in March this year, the renowned business man and entrepreneur during a virtual engagement with the authorities of NSBT and some students promised to offer a full scholarship to 70 new students to study at the school.

The kind gesture, according to Dr Nduom is part of the celebrations marking his 70th year on earth

“To celebrate my 70th Year on this earth, I am offering a full scholarship to 70 students to study at NSBT.  First come, first serve.  The first 70 students who meet admission requirements will be given scholarships to report on campus right away.  Now, not next year”, the business  magnate posted on his Facebook wall.

Dr Nduom turned 70 on 15th February this year. Interacting with some students on campus on Friday, April 7, 2023 when he paid a visit to the school, Dr Nduom reassured the students of his promise and urged them to take advantage of the opportunity given to them to become assets to the nation and their communities.

In an interview with Today Newspaper, Dr Nduom disclosed that 65 new students per his scholarship programme have gained admission to read various programmes at NSBT.

NSBT is an accredited Ghanaian tertiary institution located near  Ayensodu in Elmina in the Central region.

The school offers both diploma and degree programmes. The degree programmes include;

BSc Banking and Finance, BSc. Information Technology, Management for Business and  BSc. Information and  Communication Technology. 

The diploma courses also include; 2 year diploma Programmes leading to a degree programmes,Diploma in Banking and Finance, Diploma in Management Studies, Accounting and  Diploma in Information Technology.
