Nduom fulfills promise to NSBT

Chairman of Groupe Nduom, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom has redeemed his promise he made to the Nduom School of Business and Technology (NSBT).

The business mogul  during his visit last week to the school as part of ensuring that the school campus becomes exciting for the students promised  the authorities of the institution two sets of table tennis.

Presenting the items to the school on behalf of Dr Nduom, Mr Divine Nkrumah who himself is a table tennis player and   also a promoter of the  sport noted that the astute business man’s  gesture was  in the right direction.

He said, “it is edutainment. Combing learning with happiness”.

Earlier,  Dr Nduom  reaffirmed his scholarships promise to seventy (70) new students who would gain admission at the NSBT for the 2023/ 2024 academic year.

Readers will recall that  in March this year, the renowned business man and entrepreneur during a virtual engagement with the authorities of NSBT and some students promised to offer a full scholarship to 70 new students to study at the school.

The kind gesture, according to Dr Nduom is part of the celebrations marking his 70th year on earth

“To celebrate my 70th Year on this earth, I am offering a full scholarship to 70 students to study at NSBT.  First come, first serve.  The first 70 students who meet admission requirements will be given scholarships to report on campus right away.  Now, not next year”, the business magnate posted on his Facebook wall.

Dr Nduom turned 70 on 15th February this year.

NSBT is an accredited Ghanaian tertiary institution located at Ayensodu in Elmina in the Central region.

The school offers both diploma and degree programmes.

The degree programmes include; BSc Banking and Finance, BSc. Information Technology, Management for Business and BSc. Information and Communication Technology. 

The diploma courses also include; 2 year diploma Programmes leading to a degree programmes, Diploma in Banking and Finance,  Diploma in Management Studies, Accounting and Diploma in Information Technology.
