A multi-national conglomerate, Groupe Nduom has enrolled staffs of its various companies onto the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) to enable them to have access to quality health care.A multi-national conglomerate, Groupe Nduom has enrolled staffs of its various companies onto the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) to enable them to have access to quality health care.The management believes that in any corporate environment, the health of its people must be considered as a priority, hence the decision to get their staff registered onto the Scheme.“ Although where we find ourselves as a Groupe it is difficult for us considering what we have gone through the past few years, we still believe the health of our employees is paramount. If they are unwell and cannot pay for their hospital bills it will definitely affect our productivity”, a top manager of the Groupe told Today in an interview.
Some of the employees also in an interview with Today thanked the management of Groupe Nduom for the kind gesture and promised to work hard to keep the businesses moving.Groupe Nduom founded and chaired by an astute businessman and entrepreneur, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom is into various businesses including, media, hospitality industry, education, banking, insurance, fund management , security, sports, real estate among others in Europe, Africa and America.
