The Leadership of the Ghana International Trade and Finance Conference (GITFIC) has called on Mr Batchassi Katchali, the Togolese Chief Trade Negotiator in the Ministry of Commerce (Trade) in Lome, the Togolese capital.
The visit which formed part of the six-nation scheduled visits was to brief him on the sub-regional dialogues of the GITFIC and its partners.
Speaking to the media after the visit, Mr Selassi Koffi Ackom, Chief Executive Officer of the GITFIC said they would be visiting Banjul, Abidjan, Freetown, Abuja and Dakar adding that their visit to Togo was to give him and his team first-hand information on the modalities for our upcoming Breakfast Dialogues on the AfCFTA and the Pan African Payment and Settlement Systems (PAPSS).
“Gauging the acceptability, sensitization and descending credible information on the PAPSS and exposing the various Business Communities in these Countries in a joint dialogue forum is what this Regional Dialogue is all about”.
Mr Ackom said they would be sharing experiences and knowledge and building formidable fronts going forward to other stakeholders.
