Groupe Nduom Ghana President  engages staff

Groupe Nduom (GN) Ghana President, Dr. Nana Kweku Nduom  on Friday, November 28, 2025 visited two entities of the Groupe, Teak Tree Brokerage and GN  Power.  

The visit  gave him the opportunity to interact with the staff of the two companies. The  move was  being hailed internally as a crucial step toward rebuilding trust and fostering internal cohesion.

According to the Head of  Groupe Nduom Corporate Affairs, Frank  Owusu Ofori,  the visit  was to gather unfiltered feedback, address lingering employee concerns, and directly communicate a refined corporate strategy centered on digital transformation and customer-centricity.

“The most valuable asset we possess is our people. Hearing their challenges, their ideas, and their dedication first-hand is non-negotiable for our path forward,” Dr. Kweku Nduom  was quoted telling the  staff. 

“We are moving from a top-down mandate structure to a bottom-up innovation engine”, he added

He urged the staff to take the companies as their own and support the Groupe to become a leading brand in Ghana and beyond.
