Groupe Nduom (GN) Ghana President, Dr. Nana Kweku Nduom on Friday, November 28, 2025 visited two entities of the Groupe, Teak Tree Brokerage and GN Power.
The visit gave him the opportunity to interact with the staff of the two companies. The move was being hailed internally as a crucial step toward rebuilding trust and fostering internal cohesion.
According to the Head of Groupe Nduom Corporate Affairs, Frank Owusu Ofori, the visit was to gather unfiltered feedback, address lingering employee concerns, and directly communicate a refined corporate strategy centered on digital transformation and customer-centricity.
“The most valuable asset we possess is our people. Hearing their challenges, their ideas, and their dedication first-hand is non-negotiable for our path forward,” Dr. Kweku Nduom was quoted telling the staff.
“We are moving from a top-down mandate structure to a bottom-up innovation engine”, he added
He urged the staff to take the companies as their own and support the Groupe to become a leading brand in Ghana and beyond.
