PSG star Dembele wins first Ballon d’Or

Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembélé has been crowned Ballon d’Or winner for the first time in his career.

The 28-year-old France international enjoyed a spectacular season, scoring 35 goalsand providing 14 assists in 53 appearances as PSG clinched a historic treble, including their maiden Champions League triumph.

Dembélé finished as joint top scorer in Ligue 1 with 21 goals and was also named Player of the Year in both the French top flight and the Champions League.
