Wendy Shay undoubtedly is the next big thing in the music industry as she has excited Ghanaians with three hit songs, which are enjoying massive airplay.
Her impact in the industry cannot be told without the mention of the industrious Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rufftown Records, Ricky Nana Agyeman, popularly known as Bullet.
Bullet picked the late Ebony from nowhere and made her a force to be reckoned with in the music industry and is gradually nurturing Wendy Shay to the ‘uttermost height.’
However, questions have been raised as to whether Wendy Shay would stay at the record label for a longer time or she would be snatched by the likes of Zylofon Music or other top record labels in the country.
Bullet had earlier warned other record labels to stay off Wendy Shay since she was her property.
In a recent interview with Graphic showbiz, Wendy Shay disclosed that she was comfortable with the label and had no intention of moving.
According to her, she was happy with the work the label had done and that they have bigger projects for her.
“I am impressed with the work Rufftown Records has done for me so far and I know they have bigger projects for me,” she said.
