New date, new venue for Ebony’s funeral

Final funeral rites and burial service of award-winning songstress, Ebony Reigns will be held at the forecourt of the State House, Accra.

It will be recalled that venue for the burial was the Independence Square as the family of the musician announced.

The official date for the burial of the ‘90’s bad gyal’ initially was 17th March 2018 but now slated for 24th March 2018.

The change in date and venue comes as result of difficulties in securing the Independence Square, which has been booked by Aglow and the forecourt of the State House also booked on March 17 by Canadian High Commission.

Born Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, died on Thursday, February 8, 2018, with two others, Franky Kuri and ‘bodyguard’ Lance Corporal Vondee Francis Atsu.
