Chief Executive Officer of the Mobile Telecommunications Network (MTN) Ghana, Mr Selorm Adadevoh, has stated that the company for the past years had invested heavily in its mobile services providing network expansion and enhancement.
Consequently, the company gave assurance to continue to deliver stable, affordable, reliable, efficient and robust Telecom and Data Services to customers and Ghanaians in the country.
“The US $300 million has been pumped into our network expansion and enhancement for the past two years in Ghana and we believe to continue to demonstrate our value of the continuous investments we are making in using the best talents who will deliver the best experiences,” he added.
He stressed that the company under his leadership would make sure that in indeed it is the network of choice of decades by way of the significant investments in network technology and infrastructure, customer relationship management and staff investment.
He asserted that the company was committed to delivering reliable and innovative services that provide value for subscribers in Ghana’s telecommunications market.
According to him, the MTN Ghana has continuously invested in expanding and modernizing its network since its entry into Ghana in 2006 and called on Ghanaians to take advantage of the company’s innovative products and services to help optimise their business operations.
Mr Adadavoh made these statements when members of the Journalists for Business Advocacy (JBA) paid a courtesy call on him on Friday November 23, 2018 in his office in Accra to congratulate him on his appointment and also discuss areas of collaboration.
In June this year, Mr Adadevoh was appointed the CEO of MTN Ghana, following the elevation of Mr Ebeneezer Asante to Vice President of the MTN Group.
Addressing the JBA executive members, Mr Adadevoh assured them that the company would continue working with the association to champion on issues affecting the telecoms industry in the country.
He said with its highly skilled customer service officers, MTN Ghana was poised to deliver innovative, robust and cost effective solutions that meet customers and Ghanaian expectations.
He said the company was expanding financial inclusion in the mobile telecommunications to show that “we are indeed a customer centric company.
“We are pursuing strong and bold policy to confirm its position to be the best telecommunication elecom perator, best telecom business company, best customer service, best mobile money service operator in Ghana,” he said.
He said that, MTN Ghana would still remain as the telcos company that provides excellent customer care, innovation and product development and deployment.
