Maiden Ghana Chieftaincy Excellence Awards comes off November 30

All is set for the maiden edition of the Ghana Chieftaincy Excellence Awards which is slated for Saturday 30th November, 2019.

The awards which will be held at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly City Hall is on the theme: “Awarding Chiefs for the Insurance of Peace and Higher Development”

According to the organisers, the awards come in to honor hard working chiefs across the countries that have been spearheading developmental projects in the respective communities. It is also to recognize their contributions to the country and the nation as a whole.

The award ceremony they said will focus on traditional leaders who over the year brought more developmental projects and innovative ideas in helping better the life of the lots in their respective communities.

Information picked by Todaygh.com has it that names like the Asantehene, Otumfou Osei Tutu ll, Osagyefo Amotia Ofori Panin, Nayiri of Mamprusi and Togbi Afede XIV have been penciled to pick some awards.
