Vice President, Business Development and Finance of Groupe Nduom, Dr Nana Kweku Nduom has urged entrepreneurship students of Pentecost University College (PUC) in Accra not to give up on their dreams of becoming world-class entrepreneurs.
Speaking at a lecture series , “The Power Talk Series”, an initiative of Dr Papa KwasiNduom to mentor upcoming entrepreneurs on Friday, April 27, 2018, DrKwekuNduom further urged the students to focus on whatever they had set their minds on.
According to him ,“some people are born entrepreneurs while others learn the act of entrepreneurship through mentorship”.
He explained that,“entrepreneurs are people who identify opportunities in an environment that other people see it as hopeless”.
DrKwekuNduomnoted that, entrepreneurs always take risk as well as responsibilities for their own actions.
A good entrepreneur, he said, “is the one who is creative, innovative, dynamic and a very good game changer”.
He also used the opportunity to take the students through the five (5) stages of setting up a successful and sustainable business.
