Zylofon media signee, popularly known as Kumi Guitar, has registered his displeasure about Stonebwoy’s attitude for not allowing his record label mate to perform at the night at Zylofon Cash Invasion at the University of Ghana.
In fact, I was not happy and I [Kumi Guitar] was the first artiste to be signed on Zylofon media.
He averred that, “to me when I hear things like this it hurts me so much because I was the one who pleaded with Nana Appiah Mensah to save the industry”.
Speaking on Zylofon FM he asserted that what happened last Saturday “I wasn’t happy because I heard Stonebwoy said he wants to perform before other artistes on the label.”
“Zylofon is here to support creative arts and if Stone is part of us is good. When I came to zylofon I wasn’t big,” he added.
“I heard Stonebwoy saying if Zylofon Media had a dancehall artiste like he wouldn’t have signed to the label. Nobody informed me that Joyce Blessing will be signed… I’m hear saying that Zylofon is not bad company, I know what I’m talkig about,” he said.
“Personally I think Stonebwoy was thinking about himself… if Zylofon breaks down it will hurt me. Stone might have a genuine reason but please come and let’s discuss with management. We’ve to protect Zylofon,” he said.
