Hot FM staff joins Sene West NDC parliamentary primaries.

A former staff of F. Giant Broadcasting LTD (Fox FM) and F.P Communication LTD (Hot FM), Mr. David Aduse Poku has joined the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary race in the Sene West Constituency in the Bono East Region.

Mr. Aduse Poku who is in the poll position to win the only ticket to represent the NDC in 2020 general election is contesting with six other candidates including the incumbent.

The former journalist who affectionately called Okyeadea at the constituency level has won many heart of the delegates with his consistent donation to farmers, Widows, students, the youth, hospital, among many others has vowed to work with the grassroots and party structures.

Mr. Aduse Poku holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the African University college of Communication (AUCC), Diploma in Business Administration, Methodist University College and a pending online LLB at London school of law.

Mr Aduse Poku was the  Executive  sales manager with Fox FM in Kumasi from 2005-2015, he moved to  Hot FM in Accra as the deputy marketing manager (Sales division) from 20015-2019 and later became the Business Develop Manager of the Accra based FM station.

Activities at constituency

In 2018 Christmas, an event was organized by Okyeadea to feed the Widows, orphans and the venerable to keep them happy at such occasion.

Close to 200 people were catered for each person was given 5kg rice, 1litre of frytol oil with 2 tin fish (bigger size) in Kwame Danso and its environs.

Again during the 2018 Easter festivity, he organised a football challenge tournament for the youth covering all the 68 polling stations in the district.

There is an intervention dubbed “Aduse Poku Funeral Support” within the Sene West District which seeks to support families who are bereaved.
