A subsidiary of Groupe Nduom (GN) conglomerate, GN Bank, yesterday [Wednesday, March 29, 2018] held a Customer Appreciation Day for its customers in Accra.
Addressing customers at the colourful ceremony, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank, Mr Issah Adam, expressed profound gratitude to customers of the bank.
“This is a Customer Appreciation event and the main reason why we have gathered here is to show appreciation to our customers and also receive feedback from our cherished customers and your contributions to serve you better. We take great pride in our relationship with you and above all your commitment in doing business with us,” he gladly expressed.
He disclosed that excellence in customer service was the most important thing in sustaining business growth and attracting new customers and that at GN Bank, customer service and customer satisfaction was their prime concern.
“As customers you have full right to register your complaints so we have established customer complaint desk at each of our locations across the entire country to seek and address your complains. I wish to assure you that our customer service today is more focused than before, ” he assured.
Mr Adam further indicated that GN Bank was poised to meet the new minimum capital requirement of GHC400 million set by the Bank of Ghana.
“Our shareholders have already injected additional capital in line with the plan submitted to Bank of Ghana and to our valued customers, be assured that the growing concern status of your bank is not threatened in anyway,” he added.
He also assured the customers that their deposits are safe and always available for withdrawal anywhere in Ghana and that the shareholders are injecting additional capital into the bank to make it even more liquid.
Customers present were awarded with certificates and hampers.
In an interview with Today, some of the customers expressed excitement about the gesture and promised to continue to do business with GN Bank.
“I do business with GN Bank and other banks but the customer service at GN Bank is excellent and I will entreat other banks to learn from them. I am really grateful for this appreciation and I will always conduct business with GN Bank”, one happy customer added.
