GLICO Group, a leading insurance and financial services provider in Ghana, has unveiled new uniform for all non-management staff.
The unveiling of the new uniform is to remind staff of one of the values of the company, which is professionalism, a renewal of commitment to all policyholders and stakeholders as the company marks 30 years of successful business operations.
Launching the new staff uniform, Group Human Resource Director, Mrs. Stella Agyenim-Boateng, advised staff members to eschew lackadaisical attitudes towards service delivery.
She challenged them to allow the outward appearance of the uniforms to reflect in the processional nature of service delivery.
According to her, “30 years of successful business operations has been attained as a result of dedication and professionalism. As we begin a new decade of excellence, let us up the scale on customer service delivery by demonstrating that we walk the talk and, indeed, cushion all for life.”
The inauguration of the new staff uniform was held at the GLICO head office at Adabraka, Accra.
Management and staff of GLICO were treated to an afternoon of music and catwalk session with staff modeling in their new uniform.
GLICO Group begun operations in 1987 as a life insurance company and has over the past 30 years grown and developed to a group of six reputable companies, operating in the insurance, financial, pension, healthcare and properties market.
Today, GLICO’s growth is indeed a testament of the hard work of the board, management and staff who continue to churn out suitable and innovative products and services in a highly competitive market.
