Ghana Premier League Day 19: Elmina Sharks 0-2 Hearts of Oak

Hearts of Oak skipper Thomas Abbey was at his lethal best again to pounce on loose defending and ensure Hearts of Oak won on the day.

The Phobians fresh from winning in the MTN FA Cup showed Penache and rigor in the first twenty minutes producing great off the ball movement and unimaginable touches.

Thomas Abbey as he has done all season opened the scoring on the 13th minute and before Sharks could adjust it was forward Kwame Kizito who popped up to double the lead on the 16th minute.

Hearts have definitely improved under Scottish Frank Nuttal and their resolve to hold on to the shoreline was shown all throughout the game. With hard work and determination shown on the faces of the players through out.

Elmina Sharks owner Papa Kwesi Ndoum sacked coach Amissah just before this game and the new coach might be forgiven on his first game but on the account of the performance there is much work to be done.
