Stanbic Bank has held another session of the champagne, chocolate and cognac event for its international banking customers at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
The exclusive event dubbed Cognac and Bubbles with Champagne, hosted about 300 International Private Banking customers of the bank as well as the High Value Clients from, Movenpick Ambassador Hotel.
The Stanbic Bank’s Cognac and bubbles with Chocolate event is one of many ways through which the bank engages its customers for feedback on their products and services while at the same time providing an opportunity to educate and provide clarification about its activities.
Speaking at the event, Head of International Banking at Stanbic Bank, Nana Owiredu-Gyamera, said the engagement was in consonance with the bank’s commitment to a customer-centric approach to its business.
“At Stanbic Bank, we pride ourselves in being customer centric, that is, we seek opportunities that are safe, secure and enabling enough for our customers to self-actualize and also aim to create a one-stop shop where all customer needs are met at the best costs to everyone,” Mr Owiredu-Gyamera said.
He continued that “one of the unique things about our International Private Banking is the apt team dedicated to providing personalised solutions to customer needs and with the available systems, such as the ibanking portals and apps, we provide ease in transacting cross-border transactions all offered at the cheapest charges”.
Mr Owiredu-Gyamera further explained that Stanbic Bank’s International Banking provides a bouquet of services including access to foreign exchange, long and short term savings, overseas property investments, and a host of structured products and services. The bank also offers a debit card on all of the international currencies, which is Euro, Dollar, Pounds and Australian Dollar. More so, customers get 24-hour access to both local and international banking accounts via the Internet banking and Stanbic Mobile Banking App. Clients are able to access both their local and International banking accounts on a single App. Stanbic International Banking also differentiates itself in the market with great Offshore expertise in country.
The event ended with a raffle where 30 of the bank’s international private banking customers received both cash prices and souvenirs. The Stanbic Bank Cognac and Bubbles with Champagne was held in partnership with Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, IMEXCO Gh, owners of Hennessey and Fantinil.
Movenpick Ambassador hotel helped to wow our customers with some exciting vouchers for the raffle which a lot of customers were hoping to win. There were vouchers for Lunches, Diners as well as weekend stays for two that were won on the night.
Stanbic bank also gave an opportunity to Local Ghanaian Chocolatiers to exhibit their tasty chocolates to this high net worth clientele. Momemts chocolates and 57 Chocolates Ghana had an offer a wide range of chocolates to satisfy the tastes of all chocolate enthusiasts. Clients had the opportunity to pair the chocolates with Prosecco from Fantinil and Hennessy Cocktails of their choice.
As part of the one bank concept, Ghanaian Real Estate property developers also displayed their properties and with the partnership of Stanbic Bank Mortgage team all interested clients were introduced to our financing services. The property developers on the bill were Whitewall properties, owners of Pine court Apartment who offered 5 of their $5,000 vouchers for the Raffle . This Vouchers provided discounts towards the purchase of Pine court. Indigo Homes, Owners of Ayi Mensah Park also offered a $2,500 discount voucher towards to purchase of a property at Ayi Mensah Park.
From the great feedback received from clients after the event, International Private banking plans to hold this event again in December 2018.
