Chairman Wontumi lauds NPP Members for Maintaining Him as the Ashanti Regional Chairman

Campaign Team of Mr. Benard Antwi Bosiaku, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has commended all the members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region for maintaining him as the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the party.

A statement signed and issued by Executive member of the Chairman Wontumi Campaign Team, Mr. Razak Kojo Opoku and copied to Today yesterday in Accra said the initiative by the members of the party in the region shows that they uphold hard work, dedication, commitment, loyalty and delivery.

The statement noted that “Chairman Wontumi will work with everyone whether you were for him or not. We need to work together as a united team with a single purpose of securing 90% Victory for President Nana Dankwa Akufo-Addo and 47 Parliamentary Seats for the New Patriotic Party in the 2020 general election.”

The statement apologised to everyone who were offended one way or the other in the heat of the campaign.

It added that ” Let’s us all come on board with love, unity and trust towards the Victory 2020 for President Akufo-Addo and the NPP.”

Moving forward, the statement said Chairman Wontumi will lead NPP in the Region with excellent leadership, all-inclusive and fresh strategies towards achieving the aims and objectives of the Party as well as contributing significantly to the efforts of President Akufo-Addo’s government.

“We thank all the Founding Members, Council of Elders, National Leadership, Party’s Patrons, Constituency Chairmen, Polling Stations and Constituency Executives, Members of Parliament in the Region, Serial Callers, Party’s Communicators, Identifiable Groups affiliated to the Party in the Region, Marketwomen/Traders, businessmen/women and the media for believing in and supporting the Re-election of Chairman Wontumi.

“Once again, Chairman Wontumi is grateful to the members of NPP for maintaining him and assuredly he will deliver the Victory for us in the 2020 general election,” the statement concluded.
