Barcelona have revealed they posted a club-record income of over €900million for the 2017/18 season.
The Spanish giants made an eye-watering total of €910million (£809m/$1.07b) last term, making a €13million profit after tax, as they announced their financial results for the last year.
Barca won the LaLiga and Copa del Rey double last term and was involved in some of the biggest transfers in history.
The Catalan club received a record transfer fee of £200.6million from Paris Saint-Germain for Brazil forward, Neymar, last summer.
They have since broken their own club transfer record twice, on the signings of Ousmane Dembele (£96.8m) from Borussia Dortmund and Philippe Coutinho (£106.4m) from Liverpool.
Barcelona nearly went the whole LaLiga season undefeated, with a defeat to lowly Levante in their penultimate league game costing them the historic title of ‘Invincibles’.
However, they still set a record for the longest undefeated start in LaLiga history and the club has now revealed they broke records off the field too.
Last year, Barca managed an income of €708m, which had been the previous record.
The figures are in line with the Catalan side’s plan of reaching €1 billion of income in 2021.
