The board chairperson of GN Life Assurance – one of the fastest growing life assurance firms in Ghana, and a former Insurance Commissioner- Mrs. Nyamikeh Kyiamah, has expressed the need for workers to take good care of their health.
According to her, good mental health is an important tool to deal with life’s daily stresses. She also noted that the capacity of each and every one of the company’s sales staff to feel, think, and act in ways that enhance their ability to enjoy life and deal with the challenges they face on the field is very crucial.”
Mrs. Kyiamah was addressing GN Life’s Financial Advisors at its 2nd sales awards ceremony dubbed “Sales Day Out” which was held at the Peduase Valley Resort, Aburi. The event, which focused on healthy lifestyle, commenced with participants hiking from Ayi Mensah through the Aburi Hills to Peduase Valley Resort, where the awards ceremony took place.
The awards were preceded by a health talk by Dr. James Neequaye, Senior Medical Officer of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and Robert Medical Center. The event was organised to recognise outstanding performers who have contributed immensely to the company at the end of the business year, ending 2017.
